Return Process

  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.
  3. Securely package the item and include the original receipt and RMA number.
  4. Ship the package to the following address: ZENVARATH Returns Department, 1234 Commerce Blvd, Suite 201, Metropolis, ST 12345.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please include details of the desired exchange in your return package. Note that exchanges are subject to inventory availability.
